When you contact us or request a demo, you may provide your name, business email address, company, phone number and details about your assets or requirements. Please only include information necessary for your enquiry.

AlphaX service data may include user account details, support communications, prompts, responses, alerts and approval records. Connected systems may provide equipment readings, operating history, environmental measurements and video or access events. Some of this information may identify individuals, depending on the systems connected by the customer.

How information is collected and used

Information may come directly from you, from your organisation’s authorised users or from systems your organisation connects to AlphaX. We use it to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide and support services, investigate technical issues and administer customer relationships.

Sentinel processes connected information on site. Pulse supports cloud-based portfolio analysis and connected business records. AI specialists use the information available to them to interpret conditions, answer questions and recommend actions. The data available to each service depends on the deployment.

Customer systems and video

Customers are responsible for deciding which systems are connected, which users have access and what monitoring is appropriate. Where monitoring involves people, customers should provide the required notices and obtain any necessary permissions. Questions about monitoring at a particular building or asset should also be directed to its owner or operator.

Sharing information

Providing the service may involve sharing relevant information with authorised customer users and service providers supporting hosting, communications or support. Alerts delivered through services such as Teams, Slack, SMS or email are also handled by those providers under their own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law.

Demo and contact buttons open an enquiry form. You can also choose an email link to open a prefilled message in your email application. The message is sent only when you choose to send it. Login opens app.alphax.cloud, where account and service information may be processed.

Enquiries submitted on this website are processed through HubSpot and notify our support team. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions, including demo-link clicks and successful enquiries. Names, email addresses and enquiry content are not included in our custom analytics events. Google Analytics may use cookies and device identifiers. External websites and communication services have their own privacy practices.

Security and retention

The security controls and retention arrangements for customer data depend on the service and deployment. Contact us to discuss the arrangements applicable to your organisation.
